To volunteer for Music Fest for morning, afternoon, evening, or night shift, please email Heather Hennen at pikemusicfest@yahoo.com and a chair person will contact you with specifics, including times. Students are welcome to volunteer
Volunteer Opportunities/Needs Include:
Friday - Feb 12th
We need several volunteers sometime after school is out to help hang up signs, set up judges area, and any last minute details that come up
Saturday Feb 13th
- cafeteria
- concessions
- doors
- judges assistant
- warm-up room timers
- parking
- admissions
- Stage (adults only)
- scoring assistant
- security (walking around making sure everything is okay & students aren't walking the halls)
- clean up at end of contest (probably need help at about 8pm until finished on Saturday night)
- information desk
